In a continued effort to uplift students across rural Sabah, the Majora Education Foundation (MEF) recently carried out a series of meaningful outreach programs in four northern districts—Pitas, Matunggong, Kota Marudu, and Sapulut. Rooted in MEF’s mission to support both the academic and personal development of students, the initiative focused on three key pillars: providing essential hygiene and stationery supplies, recognising academic achievement, and fostering connection through engaging team-building activities. By combining practical support with motivation and joy, MEF created safe, encouraging spaces where students could feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

Pitas, Sabah – August 10, 2024
The Majora Education Foundation (MEF) brought meaningful support to students in the Pitas district through a well-rounded program focused on hygiene, inspiration, and future opportunities. Held on August 10, 2024, the initiative reached secondary schools under MEF’s G-Effort program—offering essential supplies and impactful learning experiences.

On 7th June 2024, MEF held our annual G-Effort Program at SMK Sepulot in the Pensiangan district. MEF extended a warm welcome to 41 new Form 1 students from SMK Sepulot and provided them with cash assistance for the first time, along with new school bags, essential hygiene packs, and stationery packs.
